Programs

Three tracks. One standard.

Nobody skips a spot in the order. Every athlete works skills, strength, and leadership — because the last one is what makes the first two count.

01

Skills Training

The parts of the game that show up in the box score, drilled until they hold under pressure.

Ages 6–18 · 90–120 min

Covers

  • ▸Swing mechanics and two-strike approach
  • ▸Fielding footwork and first-step reads
  • ▸Throwing plane, arm care, and catch
  • ▸Baserunning reads and primary leads
02

Strength & Athleticism

A varsity strength program scaled to a developing body — loaded for durability, not for highlight reels.

Ages 6–18 · 90–120 min

Covers

  • ▸Movement quality before load
  • ▸Explosive first step and rotational power
  • ▸Grip, core, and shoulder resilience
  • ▸Speed mechanics and change of direction
03

Leadership & Character

The part most programs skip. Discipline and courage taught the same way as a swing: named, practiced, graded.

Ages 6–18 · 90–120 min

Covers

  • ▸Running a huddle and speaking up
  • ▸Owning a mistake inside 10 seconds
  • ▸Pre-game routine and self-management
  • ▸Being the teammate who steadies a dugout
