We develop leaders and doers, on and off the field
NextUpElite holds every athlete to a standard: discipline in the dirt, courage at the plate, character after the game.

The lineup card
Three tracks. One standard.
Every athlete moves through the same three positions. Nobody skips a spot in the order.
Skills Training
Batting, fielding, arm care. Clean reps, logged and measured every week.
Strength & Athleticism
Speed, power, durability. Built like a varsity strength program, not a gym class.
Leadership & Character
Discipline and courage taught as skills. How an athlete carries himself off the field.
Session rhythm
What a training session looks like
Every session runs 90–120 minutes and moves through the same four blocks.
Chalk up
Goals written on the board. Every athlete owns the number for the day.
Work the dirt
High-rep fundamentals. Footwork, hands, throwing mechanics under load.
Compete
Live situations and scrimmages. Pressure is the point, not an accident.
Accountability
Scorebook closed. Each athlete names one thing they did and one they owe.
Beyond the diamond
Other services
A lot of what makes an athlete good doesn't fit inside a baseball drill. That work runs on its own here, open to ages 6–18.
Strength Training
Weight room work for developing bodies. Technique first, load second, a coach on every rep.
Speed Training
Acceleration and top-end speed taught as mechanics. Get off the line fast and hold it there.
Agility Training
Recovery, cuts, and changing direction without bleeding speed. Quickness is coachable.
Physical Education Programs
Coached movement lessons with a plan and a standard, built to run with a group.
