Who we are

We shape leaders with discipline and courage

NextUpElite Baseball and Training exists to develop leaders and doers on and off the field. The bat is the vehicle. The result we care about is a young person who holds a standard when it's inconvenient, and who acts instead of waiting for someone else.

Named values

Two words we say out loud

Discipline

The routine when nobody's watching. Show up early, log the reps, and hold the standard on the days you don't feel like it.

Courage

Swing big, ask for the ball, own the error out loud, and stand up for the teammate beside you.

How we coach

Three principles, no exceptions

01

Name it, then grade it

If we can't say the behavior out loud and score it honestly, we don't teach it.

02

Pressure is programmed

We build the moment on purpose so the real one is just another Tuesday.

03

The kid answers first

Coaches ask before they tell. Athletes learn to self-correct, not self-soothe.

What we run

Not only baseball

Alongside the baseball tracks we run strength training, speed training, agility, and physical education programs — the same coaches and the same standard, open to ages 6–18.

Come train with us

Sessions run 90–120 minutes. Bring a glove and the willingness to work. We'll take care of the rest.
